C17-b (previously: C19) is a female head by Ildoll, featuring closed eyes (= CE).

The head can be manufactured as wel in TPE as in silicone.

Lots of attributes may be customized individually; for example, the skin tone and the hair color is configurable.

The C17-b head was introduced in July 2019.
